DESCRIPTION:Sky Zone Everett welcomes families of all ages to attend t
 he 1st annual Healthy Family Expo.\nJoined by GoKids Boston, an initia
 tive of the UMass Boston College of Nursing and Health\nSciences, the 
 event will offer families the opportunity to learn fun and easy techni
 ques for\nleading healthier and more active lives. From nutrition Q&As
  with health experts and snacking\ndemos, to fitness mini-sessions on 
 Sky Zone’s 14,000 square feet of walled trampoline courts,\nthe Expo
  will tackle family wellbeing head on.\n \nExpo highlights include: 
 \n \nOpen Jump: Open to all, Sky Zone welcomes individuals or groups 
 for fun jump time on the facility’s main trampoline courts.\n \nSky
 Robics: Instructors will lead trampoline mini-sessions to kids and adu
 lts, combining calisthenics, core exercises, and strength building aer
 obics to show how trampolines can be used for a fun, dynamic and effec
 tive workout.\n \n3D Dodgeball: Dip, dodge, duck, dive and literally 
 bounce-off-the-walls during rounds of 3-D Dodgeball.\n \nCalorie Coun
 ters: Exclusive to the Expo, Sky Zone will offer guests an interactive
  way to monitor how their favorite – but maybe not so healthy – sn
 acks and beverages measure up to 5, 10, even 30 minutes of jumping.\nÂ
  \nNutrition Demos: Experts from GoKids Boston and local mommy/health 
 blogger Adrienne Martin will host mini-seminars offering guidance and 
 demonstrations of healthy eating, exercise and general wellness for fa
 milies.\n \nHealthy Food & Drink: Sample popular healthy snacks that 
 are both parent- and kid-approved, including those made by Vitamin Wat
